Copyright & Trademark Infringement Policy

APA BAZAAR Limited and its affiliates (together “APA BAZAAR”, “we”, “us”) respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect every user on our platform to do the same. We take reports of infringement very seriously and respond quickly.
If you believe that any content on APA BAZAAR (website or mobile app) violates your copyright or trademark, please follow the steps below to submit a proper notice.
1. How to Report Copyright Infringement
Send your notice to: copyright@apabazaar.com
Your email must be in English and contain ALL of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough for electronic).
- Exact link(s) (URL) to the listing(s) or image(s) you claim are infringing.
- Clear description or copy of the original copyrighted work (or a representative list if many works are affected).
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- This exact statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- This exact statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”
Important: Knowingly submitting a false or misleading claim can make you liable for damages, including legal fees. Please speak to your lawyer if you’re unsure.
2. How to Report Trademark Infringement
Send your notice to: trademark@apabazaar.com
Your email must be in English and contain ALL of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Exact link(s) (URL) to the offending listing(s).
- Proof of trademark ownership (certificate of registration showing trademark name, registration number, country/region, and goods/services covered).
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- This exact statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the use of the trademark described above is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.”
- This exact statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the trademark owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”
False trademark claims can also lead to liability for damages and legal costs.
What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice?
We will act quickly and may:
- Remove or disable the reported content immediately.
- Notify the user who posted it and give them a chance to respond (counter-notice).
- Permanently suspend accounts of repeat infringers.
Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed by Mistake)
If you believe your listing was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same email with:
- Your signature, contact details, and the URL(s) of the removed content.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country.
We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless they file a court action.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who abuses the platform with counterfeit goods or repeated infringement.
- We do not provide legal defense or compensation to users whose content is removed.
